Very disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Strong odor of marijuana around 9:00 PM on first AND second floors! My brothers were on second floor (I rented two rooms) and they said the odor was very overpowering up there as well! (My husband and I were on 1st floor). They didn’t have anything but a tiny stream of water, not even enough for a shower!!

Liked: I just don’t have anything good to say about this hotel, except for the fact how nice the front desk staff was.
Disliked: First all the carpet looks old and nasty. I walk with a cane because I can’t climb stairs due to a surgery. I was told the elevator wasnt working ok cool. Can you put us on the first floor. When we hit in out rooms the toilet didn’t flush. So we were told they were going to call maintenance out, which never came after about 7 hours. The lady offered to come and help and I told her I wasn’t here job to do that. So I asked what other rooms they had available. So of course on the third floor. I managed somehow to get up there only to find the the toilet was doing the same thing. We only had one light bike in the bathroom, the lamps were rusty, the bathroom door looks like an animal had been chewing on it. Let’s not talk about the SMART TV. I was so disappointed the boys thought it was funny because this place looked NOTHING like what the Internet shows. I guess I should had read the reviews. The owners of this building should be ashamed to even have this place looking like this. Of and we found out the pool been out of order for three years, wow really. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the staff, great job ladies handling what the owners should be doing. I wasn’t even offered anything off my bill either for having to deal with these problems. Take it from me, please pay attention to the reviews.

Liked: Seemed secure easy parking pretty good room wonderful staff and quiet didn’t get allot of noise from the hall or other guests.
Disliked: Water pressure in the sink was non existent. Some of the towels had black stains on them, the bed was stiff 3 pillows would’ve been nice to have 4 it was clean, but ya know there was just small details that could’ve been better.
