Nice hotel but don’t stay...

Liked: The location, breakfast, nice heated salt water swimming pool, friendly staff! And nice hot water in the room.
Disliked: My bathroom floor had hair from another person, the tub didn’t drain very well. Every morning and evening there were people running around and stomping on the floor in the room and hallway above me. I unfortunately complained each time. I think the cleaning crew brought their kids with them to work in the mornings around 6 am and were left alone on the third floor to run around the hallway and down the stairs to the second floor to the cleaning crews room across from my room. All the while slamming doors. I was offered to move to the fourth floor on my last night stay. Who wants to pack up everything and move? I don’t. The first night I was given a fan by the front desk man that helped with the noise that was definitely coming from room 317 as the hotel was booked full and several high school boys were there from what I saw from the pool area Friday night.

Clean Room. Very weak WiFi.

Liked: Clean room. Clean and spacious breakfast area. Breakfast included scrambled eggs (but no bacon/sausage), sliced bread (but no bagels), waffles, OJ, juices, coffee, yogurt, 4 cold cereals & milk, muffins, biscuits & gravy. There were no bananas.
Disliked: WiFi was so terribly weak that I needed to ask for another room which was closer to the router. Shower bathtub drain was partially clogged so my feet got soaked in 3" of soapy water. Desk chair was stuck in "low" position and couldn't be adjusted higher. Freezer worked but was in need of defrosting. Check out is 12pm but the cleaning staff knocks on your door at 9am to ask if they can get into your room.

Liked: So quiet. The staff was amazing collaborative, attentive and so Kind 5 starts for them.A substance in some areas of the carpert was sticky
Disliked: The bathtub didn't drain properly and expelled a bad odor the same with the lavatory. In general, looks old.

Disliked: The picture online for the pool w hot tub was incorrect. Hot tub is gone Had towels had holes in them. It was a bit run down for the price I paid. The outside is redone and nice. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows are tiny. My TV volume never worked.

Liked: The pool. Room had a microwave and mini fridge as well.
Disliked: You can hear everything. Peoples door slamming, people running/walking above you. Other than that it was a nice stay.
