Disliked: they could not get lobby computer to work. not very helpful. practically walked away. not good.

Liked: Comfortable suite. Easy location off season. The hot tub was awesome!!! The fire place outside is cozy!
Disliked: The indoor pool is definitely not heated. The hot tub made up for it, but could not swim in the pool with the kids. It was way too cold.

Liked: The fire pit outside and the rooms were nice
Disliked: The pool area had a misty mildew smell.

Liked: Price and spaciousness of room. Parking was also ample.
Disliked: Maybe a little more variety at breakfast

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, close to attractions (right next to Great Escape, stones throw from Lake George), free breakfast
Disliked: Key card to our door was a little finicky. The desk person admitted that the door readers need to be updated. Bad coffee (like really bad). Pool is a little cold. Gym had no free weights whatsoever. ONE slow elevator.
