Liked: We were in the area for a wedding and the hotel was centrally located.
Disliked: I have better choices in the breakfast. Eggs were cold.

Liked: No grimy carpet in room, fresh clean laminate flooring. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly & accommodating.
Disliked: Breakfast wasnt that great. A lot of stuff was empty and need of refilling. It seems the front desk guy had to also take care of stocking the breakfast supplies too. There wasnt a hairdryer in the room, called front desk & they brought one up.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, and the bed pillows were awesome!!! The staff was friendly, as well as accommodating. A pleasant experience!

Liked: The room had a stench of chemicals which irritated my eyes, nose and stomach. The phones weren't working nor the wifi - I couldn't get my work done. Learned there was a jacuzzi suit which someone forgot to turn off and water ran down into the server.
Disliked: It was not only not COVID ready but it the ac quality was horrific. The staff was wonderful but the room was terrible. I will never stay at a BW again.
