I changed rooms the day of my check-in. I was quoted a price with the difference for changing rooms but wasn't informed about the $50 incidental deposit. When I went to call the front desk later about the charge at the time, the phone in the room was not working. Everything was plugged in but I couldn't even get a dial tone. There was a chocolate bar in a trash can in my room upon check in.

The location and the staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the breakfast was good; the hotel was within walking distance of the mall and several restauraunts and had a free shuttle. I would stay here again.

Disliked: I booked a suite and they put us in a handicapped room. I wish they had asked me if that was OK. Also, the suite door was glass with no curtain, so it sort of defeats the purpose of a suite.

The staff was very friendly, the suite was very nice, and the free shuttle service was tremendous.

My friend and I enjoyed our trip very much due to the close proximity to all we wanted. Great shopping, great restaurants, close to concert venue, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, small groups, families or anyone that wanted a nice weekend with plenty to do and a nice hotel nearby.

Good, clean room and breakfast...

Liked: It had a pool and hot tub. The breakfast bar was very good with a lot of selections. The room was clean and they gave good bathroom amenities.
Disliked: The property is a little run down and the pool towels are old and rough and the pool chairs are dirty. The hallway carpets felt dirty. The place could use better lighting in the parking lot. The tub was slippery and didn’t drain well.

Liked: Located off the main road , it’s a little weird finding the entrance but well worth it . Super roomy and a very comfortable bed . It’s close to restaurants quick shops and casino. Staff was friendly and super fast check in/out . Pet friendly with extra fee . We love this place and have stayed many times before with never an issue . We don’t do breakfast but it smelled wonderful as we walked by . Roomy bathroom with plenty of counter space , tub/shower and great water pressure. Definitely Recommend. Plenty of lighted free parking .

Liked: The property was clean in itself and the rooms was clean. The only issues I had was when I asked for my rooms to be cleaned on the Sunday they never was cleaned so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels and linen. But overall I was pleased with my stay.
Disliked: The cleaning staff on the weekend could do a better job of getting around to the rooms especially the rooms of the guest that ask for their rooms to be cleaned.
