We won’t write it off...

Liked: Location was paramount & we value the early morning shuttle as we had an early flight. The check in woman was great.. we knew her from previous visit. (Sharanda?). We like the park & fly, which we have used in the past.
Disliked: We have used this hotel numerous times over many years because we like the location & the Park @ Fly option. This time, we felt like the overall feel has declined.. some cosmetic flaws need updating. The towels are cheaper feeling, although the beds are comfortable enough. Our main complaint this stay was the high HUMIDITY in the room! It felt very moist & clammy with a very slight “off odor “ when we first walked in. The bathroom fan was VERY noisy, but clearly is not working properly because the mirror across from the bathroom fogs up, even though the door was closed during showering. This is a problem we are encountering in other mid-priced hotels as well… the fans/exhaust systems just flow right into the rooms & make for a humid atmosphere. It is not pleasant to feel clammy, even though the temperature is OK..
