The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really nice. It was great. Clean and affordable and close to everything!

Disliked: I didn’t like my room. The window had water and it wasn’t even raining so I don’t know how to water in there. My ice tray container had mold inside the top.

Liked: The location of the hotel to many attractions and interstates was definitely a plus.
Disliked: The hotel breakfast staff (woman) was rude and stated that guests probably kept their residence the way they were keeping the dining area, which was not appropriate for her to state with anger. Posting where to eat and what to wear was annoying.

Disliked: The elevators gave us a bit of a scare when the door wouldnt close and it started moving. But there were two elevators so we just used the other one.

Incredible staff!

Liked: The staff was amazing! Location was excellent and within miles of the zoo, aquarium and World of Coke and several museums! Delicious breakfast was an added bonus.
Disliked: Facilities need a little love, water stained ceilings, dingy carpets and the poor dirty pool across the parking lot (typically a draw for my munchkins), couldn't convince them to give it a chance.
