Disliked: The non smoking room smelled like smoke - it was horrible. The entire hotel smelled of smoke.

Good location just lacking on...

Liked: Great location if your going to the Amusement Park. Staff all seemed nice. Only meet the desk clerk when checking in and the guy I handed our keys to the next morning.
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking. Didn't seemed to be the cleanest, there was stains on the blankets and sheets and the room smelled like a smokers room, walls are also very thin. My only major complaint is that elevator area smelled strongly of weed. But we were only staying one night so couldnt say if it's common or not.

The stay was horrible and...

Liked: I like that the property was close by Carowinds.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the room wasn’t really clean! The hotel it self isn’t kept up with! Like there was rust everywhere, the locks on the bathroom didn’t work! The sheets had stains! The beds were so hard! And last but least the room didn’t get turn down while me and my family was a the park! We came back to trash can still fill, no new sheets and no clean towels! I actually check out a day early because I couldn’t take it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
