Enjoyed staying there and they had a great breakfast; perfect, next to the Ventura Theater where we were going; will recommend this spacious Inn.

Liked: Great location; clean and spacious rooms; friendly staff; affordable price!
Disliked: The rooms had a musty odor but nothing that an open window couldn't help.

Within walking distance to the beach and fairgrounds and all of downtown. This is a very clean hotel and one of the few that does not have a mildew smell.
Liked: Great hotel that's very close to the beach and Ventura County Fairgrounds,

Good
Liked: The location is the best. Just 2-3 minutes off from 101 highway. It is very convinient.
Disliked: The whole hotel is in renovation. After I booked, I realized many comments about the complaint of their renovation noise in the morning 8:00am. But I cannot cancel my booking.

Great location with multiple restaurants...
Liked: Big room and clean
Disliked: Extremely bad breakfast made with the cheapest possible ingredients. Sausages were filler with fat. Scrambled eggs were manufactured from powder.

I’ve always enjoyed our stay,...
Liked: The breakfast and happy hour was nice.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation, which was ok. The problem was that our slider lock was broken. I reported it and no one never came up to repair it. There was scaffolding outside our balcony. Someone could have climbed up and easily entered the room.
