Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; front desk employees were very helpful with questions.

Liked: The room is extremely clean, it is very spacious and the location is ideal to downtown Ithaca. I feel very comfortable here.
Disliked: The toilet was clogged and the hot water dispenser in the breakfast area was a shade of yellow so I could not use it for my beverage.

Thin walls made sleep challenging!

Liked: The bed was comfortable,room was large and clean, lots of parking and good location in Ithaca
Disliked: Neither my husband nor I could sleep at night. The walls were thin and we could hear all kinds of noises from neighboring rooms; similarly we could hear all the footsteps of the occupants of the room above us. We were able to access a white noise app on my phone but were still exhausted by morning.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The parking lot was in terrible shape. They advertised a pool. When we arrived they said it was broken. I had my 12 yr old daughter with me. I specifically searched for a hotel with a pool. They refused to lower my rate or give me any sort of compensation.
