Liked: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Lady at the front desk was very nice!
Disliked: The front was under construction so we had to use the side doors. The housekeeper barged in while we were sleeping, scaring the crap out of me. Then she knocked again, not 15 minutes later.

Disliked: Well to start our room had no towels so we ask for some and they say they are out of towels so some how he gets us two towels large and medium towels restroom has no ventilation door lock didn’t lock bed feels like a sofa bed we ask for manager they say he will not be coming in today. So people let this place be a last resort in Lubbock

Disliked: the mattress was uncomfortable due to slumped middle. I also noticed my friends mattresses were slumped as well. Mattresses in rooms need to be replaced with better mattresses.

Disliked: Dirty oily tub, paint stained tub! Bath vent/light not working. Hot tub long out of service, not dusclosed before booking room. Fridge not working/unplugged, clock radio not working, carpet uneven/trim falling off wall. Ice machine not working.
