Bad room service

Liked: The location and price were good for a long stay
Disliked: After a week stay we were unable to get our room cleaned by house keeping. We spoke with several front desk people including the manager and with house keeping in person daily and still they overlooked us. It got so bad we had to change rooms just to sleep on clean sheets. I've stayed here frequently over the past year and this was by far my worst experience.

It was cheap and comfortable...

Liked: The check in at 3 and check out at 11, and breakfast until 10 was nice for our night owl family. Breakfast staff was wonderful.
Disliked: There weren't extra towels or any pool towels. They lock the breasfast room after breakfast so there is really no place in the lobby to sit. We like to play cards so.... Also the pool was very cold, and very chlorinated, my daughters hair turned green.
