Liked: Location near the port
Disliked: Unwelcoming staff with unnecessary attitude. This hotel also has roaches, roaches travel which made me restless and uncomfortable.

Liked: The employees were nice
Disliked: We saw roaches in the door way to our room There was no hot tub like the pictures showed (spa was broken) I called multiple times asking if the pool was heated and it was not heated it was cold. The maintenance guy even turned the heater up.

Disliked: The shower curtain need to be replaced, I asked for extra blanket and was told there was no extra blankets.

Disliked: They advertise a gym and a indoor pool with hot tub that were not in existence. The breakfast that they offered was closer to continental they only had hot pancakes and coffee. They did not clean the rooms at all.

Liked: Located on Seawall.
Disliked: The curtains were moldy from the air conditioner. Trash was left on the balcony from previous guest and my son was COVERED in bedbug bites! We didnt see the bugs the first night but we did notice a few bites but after the 2nd night he was covered!!

Liked: Had to move rooms. First room had trash on the balcony, ripped drapes, shredded office chair, chunks out of the TV stand, crap mark on the bathroom wall, empty shampoo bottle. Second room had a broken shower knob and the bathroom door didnt shut
Disliked: Old and dirty, worst hotel experience ever. Booked online but room rate was much cheaper on site.

Disliked: Constant puddles of water in elevator and hallways
