I picked the hotel based upon it's distance from the Ford Community Performing Arts Center and the pricing. Late evening check in, the lady on duty, whose name I forgot to jot down, was friendly and very courteous. She provided a run down on the amenities of the hotel. Room was clean - everything in it's place. At check out next morning I was greeted by Ashley Jones with "How was your stay, did we exceed your expectations and what was the best part of your stay?". She was very personable and professional.

Liked: Very clean room. Kenyatta at the desk was very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: I have no complaints. The people above me had a couple kids that stomped around until 11pm but then it got quiet and I slept good

Disliked: Checked in by 4:30 pm room 220 was given to me.., when I arrived there were 2 housekeepers cleaning rooms all doors propped open not ready. Went a was switched to 212 blower was down ! Told front desk they blew it off by sending security. Pool was filthy

Liked: Easy to book online an easy to check out. Breakfast was good. Not alot of variety but good. Room was nice an on main road close to alot of things.
Disliked: Room had some slight damages but was still pretty clean an nice. Pool was small an parents weren't always watching the kids like they were suppose to wish the staff would pay more attention to that. Only had one elevator but not a huge deal.
