Disliked: I asked specifically for a room with a bathtub I get a first floor handicapped room with no lip for the shower.

Disliked: The hot cups are not protected enough for children to handle. There was not anything else.Everything was great!!

Liked: Wifi didn't work the entire stay, super dirty place not well kept at all, room was disgusting had to clean everything once we got inside just to be safe, one bed was decent the other scratchy and wasn't even made looked thrown together quickly, used our own blankets on that bed! Breakfast was ok but overly crowded and not kept up with too well at all. Staff was always just standing around, hallway had construction debris and equipment just laying around, pool room was gross, couldn't even get in the hot tub due to some guy in there doing weird things making weird noises, on-site gym was not kept up, equipment was dirty , overall horrible place to stay. Would NOT recommend nor would we choose here to stay again!

Liked: Upon arrival, Heather was very pleasant and informative. Our stay was due to my Mother's deathShe was able to cater to our needs. graciously It was very much appreciated Later in the evening, it became uncomfortable We called front desk, the front desk attendant came immediately to take care of our complaint of cigarette smoke smell all night coming into our room from the adjoining room (such a ruckus they were kicked out at 330am ) was very upsetting and restless We were able to get some sleep in the new comfortable beds The kitchen attendant was very efficient and friendly. The dining area was very clean, and there were nice breakfast choicesHandling her job with a couple of food grabbing unattended children, she kept composure and essorted them away from food, as they were handling, playing, and not eating food All done with respect and assertiveness In closing ... I say... Thanks for being accomidating to our stay of being comfortable efficient and friendly . I appreciate your staff
