I would return to this hotel in future. Clean room, nice personnel. I'll bring my own pillow next time just in case they still have those lousy pillows. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Liked: Friendly personnel; room very clean.
Disliked: Pillows were awful! I had neck stiffness the next day.

Room was nice, but bathroom...

Liked: The room was clean and plenty of room had a fridge and microwave. The bed was suitable and it was quiet enough to not be disturbed while sleeping
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely dated, shower had hardly any water pressure. The toilet was the smallest toilet I've ever seen... It was so close to the floor it felt like it was made for a small child.

Appearances can be deceiving

Liked: The location was convenient and close to Bothell landmarks.
Disliked: The atmosphere was okay and average. It felt like upkeep was lacking. The window faced a poorly kept courtyard. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was happy to leave and will not return.

Place to crash for wine...

Liked: Great location for those who want to visit the wine district. Spacious room, and the bartender was amazing! We did have breakfast Sunday morning and the lady stocking the items was incredibly helpful and polite.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable (maybe I'm just picky). We also found a dead crow just outside the lobby. The bathroom could use some updating. Am I the only one that hates bar soap?

Good value for the money

Liked: Good value for money. Breakfast was included. People working there nice and helpful.
Disliked: Windows on my room had bad sound isolation. Had the feeling even though it was closed you could still hear and feel the cold from outside.

Liked: Location was convenient and room was spacious.
Disliked: The bathroom was very dated and small, mainly the tub and shower with Low water pressure. The toilet was also very dated and so small it would be better suited for a child than an adult. The sink was the only modern thing in the bathroom.
