A thoroughly pleasant experience.

Liked: The staff was so very pleasant and friendly…especially the front desk and the woman in the breakfast area. The young lady (night) answered all of our questions, offered advice of places to dine when asked and just so very nice! The woman in the breakfast room kept everything spotless (continuously cleaning and picking up after everyone), was friendly and never let the food items run low or dry out.
Disliked: I have absolutely nothing to complain or gripe about. My two day stay was great.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Beautiful facilities that blend well with the beautiful mountain setting. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. There is a little "market" to buy snacks, drinks, and OTC meds. I would definitely stay there again!
Disliked: The hairdryer is like all hotel hair dryers: barely useful.

Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great!

Liked: Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room very modern and clean. Location easily accessible from I-26. Very nice restaurant selection around the hotel.
