Liked: Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: It is very dated the chair in our room was very worn out the covering was peeling off and looked awful. Bathroom was very dated as well.

Disliked: The age rules around the pool and hours. The beds are not as comfortable as other hotels nearby.

Wonderful

Liked: The property is in an excellent location. I have stayed at this location 3 times now. Each time, I am well pleased and do not have any concerns.
Disliked: With each of my stays @ this location, I have not had any issues. Therefore, I do not have anything to change.

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I have a autistic child and was told that you would be kicked out if the kids where loud and it was very hard to keep him quiet but I did especially after a long day of breaking down 5 hours away from NC to catching a Lyft to drive us 3 hours there to telling me and my husband that after a certain time if the kids loud we would be kicked out after paying 400$ and I truly don't think that was right not knowing if a child has special needs I think y'all should ask or even put it on the website I had no other choice but to stay cause we had nowhere else to go at 11:40 p.m. I'm sorry but y'all have to understand a child with special needs and what we have been through that day
