The hotel i always book...

Liked: Every time i come to St.Charles i book this hotel because is very comfy, clean and it's in a very beautiful zone. Breakfast is very complete and there's always coffe and tea for the guests.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The heating fans in the building are loud and you can hear them inside the rooms, I’ve stayed in three different rooms on three visits.

Disliked: When checking out, the front desk referred to me as Scott - Not my name and No one name Scott traveling with me. This was concerning seeing that staff never clarified why scott was listed as a guess in the room I was given

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent. Location right off the freeway but not close enough for the road noise to be a problem. Ate at a restaurant right nearby that was convenient and good food. Parking was great under the building which felt secure.
Disliked: Nothing negative.
