Great for a MOA trip!

Liked: Loved how close it was to the Mall of America! Continental breakfast was great and we loved that there were two pools instead of one large one.
Disliked: We didn't like that they don't do turn over room service on the weekends.

It was OK

Liked: Breakfast was limited by 930 am even though the ending time was 10:30
Disliked: Rooms are a bit outdated, more so the bathroom area. The location was great, the shuttle drives/ customer service staff were great.

Liked: Breakfast had good choices
Disliked: Bed and pillows not comfortable The heat was not working correctly found vents dirty One television kept freezing up the programming The experience was unfortunate for the cost of the room The areas to walk to MOA had ice not very safe in winter skyway was not connected to hotel which is a challenge when weather is bitter cold
