Disappointing

Liked: Location was great, close to a couple of food places and near I-64.
Disliked: Breakfast was somewhat disappointing, not very much choice and the quality wasn’t great either. We had a problem with our room cards on our second day and although it was fixed eventually, the staff barely spoke to us and wasn’t very friendly. Room was definitely pretty outdated.

Exceptional

Liked: Location is perfect. Close to safari drive thru park and natural bridge. It's close to town and many restaurants. We ate dinner at Don Tequila (Mexican) and it was delicious! Drinks were awesome too.
Disliked: They need new pillows. The pillows are lumpy and flat! They have a thin blanket that is supposed to be a comforter but it's more like two sheets and that's it on the beds. Ask for a blanket or take your own!

Liked: My husband complained that the mattress was too soft, but I was satisfied with it. Everything else was fine.
Disliked: There was a silver fish in the tub, I'm assuming it was there all night cause I saw it in the morning it didn't look like it had gotten too far. We also experienced some problems with the lights between the beds ... they didn't work. We left a note for the maid.
