Disliked: There was no sunroom pool deck like it says and no hot tub also there was someone else hair all in the bath tube

The elevator was broken and...

Disliked: Breakfast is advertised on the web until 10:30 but the staff at the hotel stopped serving breakfast at 9:45 & refused to give us breakfast and we had a 4yr old & 2 yr old with us. Breakfast was included in the price of our hotel rooms (2 rooms, 2 children and 4 adults) They didn't give us any compensation for their mess up. I definitely will not be back & I don't recommend anyone stay there. Their guests are not important to them.

Liked: The hotel was comfy and the location was nice
Disliked: We got put on the first floor due to the elevator being out of order. Housekeeping wasn’t available, our room was not serviced in the days we were there. Did not have breakfast, it was cafe style to order, however sat down, had one other family in the room and was not attended in a reasonable manner so we left. Breakfast should have been complimentary imo.
