Great owner

Liked: The owner was more than helpful on arrival allowing us to check in early as the room was ready. He also offered to drive us to the Bonnet House which we wished to visit and pointed out the local food store should we want it (we later did!). Breakfast is included in the rate and is good value. Might have been helpful if there had been a room inside in which to eat as our room was not big enough to dine in - no table or chair. It was a little cool to eat on the lovely patio surrounding the swimming pool. Pool great temperature. Guesthouse is in a residential area of FL but short walking distance to the Galleria Mall and about 20mins walk to the beach. Uber taxis readily available. Safe area to be in.
Disliked: No space to eat food unless outside (temperature only just ok for it). A little more lighting on the patio would have meant we could have sat out for longer to read into the evening weather permitting

Liked: I loved the charming nature of the Coral Reef. The pool and hot tub were great, The Rooms was wonderfully appointed. It was just a perfect little gem!!!
Disliked: The only issue we had was the somewhat flakey wifi system. I was able to use my phone as a internet source to overcome this minor issue.

Liked: The location was perfect to restaurants, beaches and Wilton Manor. Never a parking problem easy to get to anywhere.
Disliked: The internet service was poor and slow. TV was complicated to figure out
