Disliked: This place that I have stayed at the last few years is now a complete joke being renovated (which is good) but how booking.com could allow them to take reservations in the condition it is in with not one staff member on site to help you other than a phone number pinned to the office door and a nasty young b**** who is completely clueless that calls you back is beyond comprehension !!!We obviously didn't stay there !!!

Liked: They communicated well and things were ready for my arrival. Had everything you need for a place to sleep and wash yourself.
Disliked: I would have liked password encrypted WiFi. Some maintenance is needed in room. Like bathroom was missing lightbulb and accent metal on headboard of bed had come off and was sticking out. A refrigerator would be nice but was not promised so should not be expected.

It sucked!!!

Liked: There was no breakfast, no TV, no soap, no mirror, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, the shower was so nasty I would not step in. And I never received any notification from you confirming my reservation or even giving me a room number. There was never anyone manning the office or able to assist me. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

was a very good experience

Liked: I was really early and I called the number on the door and a lady named Holly answered and got me in 4 hours early. she was very accommodating and even though the motel was getting renovated, it was still clean and a friendly place to stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking to stay in Saratoga springs.
