Liked: Liked the location to the interstate.
Disliked: It was like pulling teeth to get someone to dump your trash or bring more towels. As much as the room , should come with a little more customer service. The pillows in the room are little square ones which are impossible to get comfortable with. Was never disclosed there would be an additional $25 per night cost for our Chihuahua when booking the room with booking.com. We will never stay there again as it is quite the hassel to have anything done.

Liked: We arrived at the property at 8pm and was told our room was not ready. So we said ok we went to a restaurant to eat and came back we are still waiting in the lobby. I reserved a handicap 2 queen bed. 11:06
Disliked: Rooms not ready.

Exceptional

Liked: The place is very clean and the service was good. I did not have any problems to come back and stay there again.

Disliked: Lack of housekeeping. Lack of toiletries.

Terrible never book here!!!

Disliked: It was all terrible. Staff was rude and not helpful. They make their guest change their bedding and don’t even provide correct sized sheets! Hotel was dirty. Staff was bad. Had to make my own bed with sheets they gave that were way to small!!!

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and the attendant made my granddaughter's day by "finding" some chocolate milk for her!
Disliked: We liked everything.

Very uncomfortable.

Liked: Two out of three staff were nice and tried to help. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Heating system did not work. Two choices. 80 degrees or off with window open. Room layout was weird. No comfortable place to sit. Morning front desk staff rude and unconcerned.
