Distressful for the non-stay
Liked: The hotel was out of business. I found out when I was there to check in. It was frustrated when it was late at night in the empty parking lot of an vacant building. I made the reservation on Booking.com and paid. Booking should know about the hotel status, but there was no warning from Booking.

Liked: Great room with extra space. Attractive lobby. Nice breakfast area with some tables overlooking the pool. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Very nice, worth the money.
Liked: I stayed here often during past travels but the property really became "old." I was very surprised to learn it had been renovated and when I arrived, I was really pleased.
Disliked: Difficult to maintain water temperature in the sink and shower. Either scalding hot or too cold.

Liked: OMG! I have to admit, I was a bit worried that we arrived to the hotel a bit after midnight; I wasn't sure if our room would still be available. We had a LONG drive from ATX and I was exhausted!FRONT DESK ?????: The gentleman at the front desk was sweet and helpful and checked us in, in less than 5 min! He also noticed I had two zombie teenagers dragging behind me and he provided the extra blankets and sheets for the couch bed in our room!ROOM ?????: To top that off, the room was HUGE! Perfect for me and my huge teenage kids! The room smelled so good as well! Fabuloso or some other cleaning material but not over powering; refreshing. We had the room with king bed and sofa bed. The set-up was perfect; living area with the sink area as a divider from the bedroom area. You had to enter the bathroom from the bedroom area (which was right next to the bed) but it wasn't a deal breaker.BATHROOM ????: Bigger bathroom/shower area than most! It was very spacious! I would suggest a fan/dehumidifier in the bathroom. It became very stuffy when showering. I didn't want to leave the door open due to the door being right next to the King Bed where my kids were sleeping (didn't want to wake them as they were getting rest for track meet). But again, it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall, the bathroom was great and functioned as necessary.AMENITIES: ???? So overall I'll give amenities a 4 out of 5. The main issue I had is the location of the A/C. Considering the size of the room I would suggest adding either another A/C unit, a ceiling fan, or just have Central A/C. The area where the main bed was located (again we were in a suite), was nice a cold however, the livingroom area was pretty warm and received minimal A/C. Not a deal breaker for us considering we arrived at about 1am, but just suggestions for continued growth. What we did love about the room were the two TVs! One in bedroom and one in living area!
Disliked: Well, I guess what I didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer!

Liked: Nothing really. I had stayed the previous night at Holiday Inn Express and the room was 100% better and for a cheaper rate.
Disliked: Bugs in bathtub and bathroom, spider crawling on pillow. Room smelled like mildew. Cost vs. quality.

Liked: I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a hot breakfast. As a diabetic, I found it adequate to meet my needs. The room was comfortable and clean. Shower was niceand hot! The staff was friendly and knowledgable.
Disliked: The walls are quite thin. I could hear the occupants of the other rooms. In addition, my colleagues needed help late in the night and the night staff was not available. Other than that, I had a good stay.

I would recommend this hotel...
Liked: I liked the location because it was not in the middle of downtown. I specifically liked the cleanliness and the price. The room was very spacious.
