We had a great time...

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: What breakfast? Frozen bagels, chocolate muffin and expired yogurt. No coffee pot in room, was told since we were staying 3 days they would bring us one…that didn’t happen. Front desk wasn’t monitored.

Disliked: Parking was extra cost, should be included in the hotel price

Very expensive and not very...

Liked: The location was pretty great and the staff was mostly friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was torn up on the inside and the room and bathroom were not very clean. It was very expensive for what it was and the parking was advertised as free but we had to pay $15 for it when we checked in. I would not stay here again.

Will not stay there again...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Not even a vending machine or ice machine.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing major renovations and we were not informed. Only informed that the name has changed. The lobby is disastrous, filthy, and no formal computer check in, only a form to sign which they generated in the back room. The only floor available for customers is the 4th, with no vending machine, ice machine, etc. The paint odor is very strong. VERY DISAPPOINTED, with no reduction in the price to compensate for the mess!

Disliked: Property was being renovated. Based on the response from an email to the property. We asked if we could check in by 3:00 pm as we were attending a wedding at 4:30 pm and we needed to get ready to be on time. Their email respond said 3:15 pm, we thought under the circumstances they would make an exception and let us check in at 3:00 pm. Instead we were met with come back at 3:30 pm. Upon our return we waited 15 mins to be checked in, which caused us to be late and miss our family friend’s wedding ceremony.

Enjoyable stay, comfortable beds

Liked: Good hotel, spacious room and nice comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Ample parking space and easy walk into the historic part of St Augustine with lots of restaurants, live music and bars.
