Very poor

Liked: I loved the size of our room and Bathroom! Super spacious, clean, and comfortable! For the price we paid, I thought it was a great value!
Disliked: Some staff members were great and some were very TMI. They were out of most items at breakfast or equipment didn't work. When we go to our room, it was a blistering 85 degrees and it took forever for the room to cool. None of the ice machines worked.

Liked: they were out of almost everything at 8:oo in the morning. even had to wait on coffee! never did refill anything, no eggs no yogurt no meat ,just cereal rolls and bisquits and gravy

Liked: Location and nice big spacious rooms
Disliked: Nothing in the room as far as what is available locally. Small black hairs all over the bedding! Hot tub wasn't working no jets and dirty. Pool dirty and cold. Floor in pool area not cleaned at all. Smells like cat urine walking to the pool area. Market was empty no vending machines. Breakfast is horrible there was nothing to not even bread to make toast. For the amount that you pay for the rooms you would hope for better.

Exceptional

Liked: Location. Convenience to town Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: No working ice machine in building. The television would not turn on. Called for help. Seem to fix but still would not turn off with remote. No hairdryer or hangers in the closet. The granite vanity was broken in room 217.

Liked: It was offer scum all over pool & hot tub
Disliked: Nothing

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: First night couldn't use pool because staff didnt know how to turn on lights. Second night found out jacuzzi was broke and couldn't use it , that was the reason we chose this hotel.
