Liked: Convenient location close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Disliked: Elevator was down. Pool was shut down. Uncomfortable beds.

Disliked: The elevator was down the whole time.We were on the 3rd floor the pool was down the whole time and it was just one miserable stay every time I go to a comfort suite.I have a bad time so I'll never go to another choice hotel ever thank you

Liked: The room was very nice and comfortable
Disliked: The Pool was down and I hope that my stay that I couldve got to swim in the pool. It was my whole purpose of getting the hotel stay.

Disliked: Elevator was down and having to lug luggage and a car seat to the 3rd floor. Room needs a few fixes. Bathtub handle is loose, toilet flusher is loose.

Pool and elevator issues

Liked: Always awesome to have breakfast.
Disliked: The pool (only reason we booked a room there) was closed and the elevator was out of service
