Stayed at the hotel for Summerfest. Nice staff, room was nice with an extra pull out bed. Kids liked the pool, and it stayed open later which was nice. Free breakfast was good and there was room to sit. It was farther than I thought from the festival but easy ride. I would stay here again.

Liked: The staff was great! All pleasant. The lady with dreads in the breakfast lounge was super helpful & great! Breakfast was amazing and always kept fresh and hot. The pool area was really nice for the kids. The room appeared to be remodeled was spacious
Disliked: No, aside from the noisy neighbors upstairs that was asked by front desk staff to quiet down after 1am (or they had to go) no complaints

Very disappointed and not worth...

Disliked: There was construction going on that I didn’t know about until after my non- refundable booking. The AC in my room did not work. Also even after I paid for the room in order to check in I had to put down a $150 deposit on my card that was held for 10 days. None of these things were mentioned until arrival. The hot tub was not in working order.
