Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the room smell like smoke

Liked: My smoke detector in my room had a plastic bag over it.
Disliked: Breakfast limitation. Outdated building.

Liked: The location was quiet and felt safe.
Disliked: Our room key did not work. It turns out that the device was broken. We were not offered another room.The hotel was horribly dirty. The breakfast was terrible. All hot food was empty by 0830 (even though the hours were 0600-0900).

Liked: CLOSE TO THE HWY
Disliked: THE TV NEVER WORKED AND WHEN YOU CALL MAIN DESK THEY SAY ITS UNDER MAINTENANCE. DIDNT WORK FOR OUR ENRITE TRIP FROM THRUSDAY TO SUNDAY. ASKED FOR A BLANKET BUT THEY ONLY GAVE ME ANITHER SHEET

Liked: breakfast was quite good. very nice variety we had a handicap room that was convenient for everything including parking
Disliked: the discription of handicap facilities turned out to have been a little vague our room did not have a walk-in shower as indicated the main disappointment came from the beds being too high with no way to pull oneself up and into bed we fortunately had a stepstool in the car that helped there were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom though

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Yes, Hotel was pretty much falling a part. We tried to use the indoor pool and hot tub but the water was too cold to swim and the hot tub was even colder then the pool. The water level for the hot tub was way below the water jets.
