Practical location, disappointing standard of...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Hotel was very tired and in need of a total update. Iron broken, light in bathroom broken , leaking roof when it rained. Water and heating pumps very noisy through the night .Swimming pool area dirty, sun beds covered in birds droppings.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Free parking. Good pricing for stay with breakfast.
Disliked: Towels looked old/dirty. King room was very small compared to other hotels. Sink overflow hole was smelly. Room smell musty. The shampoo bottles placement in the shower gets in the way, we elbowed it a few times while showering.

Liked: Coffee in the room. Breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: Street traffic noise of morning and evening rush was noisy. No place to hang a towel near sink. Could not get hand lotion to dispense.

Liked: exactly what I needed.
Disliked: the room heater/ac didn't work very well.... it was very cold and I tried to get the heat to work but only cold air came out.

Liked: We really liked how well organized the front desk was for one. For two, when we let the front desk know our A/C unit stopped working, they said they would send someone to check it out. That was at 11pm! We said no because it was so late. All I had to do was shut the window and shut off the A/C unit. I waited 10 mins and turned it back on and it worked again real well.

The room was small but...

Liked: The bed was good. Bathroom was large and nice.
Disliked: Checking in clerk not too friendly. Paying a $100.00 up front fee was not necessary.
