Not worth $197

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. The shower and toilet were clean.
Disliked: The room has an odd smell. My washcloth had pubic hair in it but the other wash clothes looked clean. The towel didn’t smell good. The curtains are dirty. The furniture in the room was worn and outdated. The parking was terrible. Had to park in the back and carry my stuff to the front entrance.

Won't ever stay there again.

Liked: Check in / out. Desk personnel are limited to what they can do.
Disliked: It took me (3) different rooms to finally have a sleepless night. The first room had cockroaches. They moved us up a floor to another room, air conditioning didn't work. Finally the 3rd room was ok but after seeing roaches climbing on the walls and fall into one of the beds, it was a sleepless night. Upon check out they saw the notes about what happened and told me the Manager would call me. Well that never happened. I called and they discount me less than $20.....for all of that. I would have moved hotels but our arrival was a midnight as it was and not knowing the town, I didn't know where to go after booking this hotel.

Not worth the price

Liked: Breakfast was ok and well attended. Front desk was friendly
Disliked: Stains on carpet and curtains no working ice machines , NaCl door remained unlocked and proped open all night .

Disliked: The indoor pool was not available which is the reason I chose the hotel. Management did not try to accommodate or fix the issue.

Not the best but could...

Liked: It had an elevator and the lobby was presentable.
Disliked: The lack of staff presence, the sofa bed was horrid and cleaning needs improvement. This property could use some much needed TLC, it’s underwhelming overall. Also didn’t take CC in husbands name even though I had permission to use it and his acknowledgment that I was using it for my whole trip and this was the only place not to accept it. It put me in a bind. You might want to make sure that is posted for the future.

Disliked: Rooms need to be updated and the couches were damaged so was the pool it was under construction.
