Good location, very helpful and...

Liked: The front desk lady was so nice, she helped us the last time we stayed as well! Location is great and the public areas are very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: This time I had my ESA dog with me and I feel like our room was not as nice as our previous room. The A/C wasn’t working properly and would turn on randomly and it sounded like something was wrong with the fan. Which I can deal with. My biggest dislike was my bed linens smelled like men’s cologne, like the sheets were not clean. The pillows were also different from our last stay very small and square? I understand having designated rooms for travelers with ESAs, but I still would hope to have fresh linens and hotel quality pillows.

Liked: Value for money and cleanliness were excellent. Its well run and we decided to extend our stay because we were so pleased with it.
Disliked: Extending our stay with a new reservation was a bit cumbersome but it was a pretty minor issue overall.

Disliked: A car was parked in front side entrance & 4 men were smoking marijuana. My 11 year old daughter immediately started coughing by. An old guy next to them playing a bongo drum. You could hear the train and planes and someone set their car alarm off at 4am.
