Disliked: Well upon arrival we checked in and everything mainly came for the pool in the hot tub and then once we've checked in and he's handed us our keys I asked him hours and he says oh it's closed for maintenance I'm a former lifeguard so when I glanced at the pool and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it that's infuriating the next morning we were awoken to someone screaming bloody murder on our floor no staff did anything about that even when we asked.we then went about our day came back to the hotel that evening when we arrived there were cop cars fire trucks and a fire alarm going off for an hour we stood outside for an hour to wait to go back into our hotel room the room is very dirty had no coffee maker there was supposed to be a pull-out mattress couch in the room and there was not things were barely held together the shower rack was on crooked the place just looked ghetto and like there was some side traffic in rain going on in the back considering every maid we saw was a male not one female and every time we'd walk past them they would stare at me very oddly and uncomfortably I do not recommend this place at all I think it should be shut down
