This is a nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and check in was fast and easy. Will certainly stay again.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Rooms and general area were clean. Like the updated color scheme.
Disliked: Would like to have shuttle drop us off. Yes, the hotel is across the street but it is still a little bit of journey to front gate in heels and in puddles. Also for someone who is handicapped.

Everything from check-in to check-out was easy and enjoyable. The hotel is new and everything is modern and clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large with nice amenities. Flat screen LG TV was nice and everything worked nicely in the room.

Liked: Good location to the fairgrounds, casino and other events happening nearby. The shuttle service to the casino was very much welcomed. The majority of the staff was very friendly and professional. If I was to return to that area, this would definitely be my first choice

Disliked: Somehow the A/C unit gives out an unpleasant smell, especially when I return to the room from outside. The room's window does not open, so there is no fresh air coming in, except through the A/C unit.

I met a problem with charges but wasnt explained by kindness and patience.

Liked: Im so impressive that the room is spacious and clean with floor not carpet. The facility is convenient.
