A place to sleep....Kinda!

Liked: The evening gal was very, very nice. I evidently booked the wrong room, completely my fault, she switched us to a different room for a significant increase in price ( $45 additional) That made it almost a $150 for a basic two queen bed room, which is Hilton hotel pricing, not comfort inn! The new room had the cover off the heating/air system laying on the floor and then my daughter went to sit on her bed and almost fell off because it was broken on one side. We called the front desk and she offered to see if she could move us, but it was after 1 a.m. and we were too tired. She was very, very nice.
Disliked: The room cost too much for what it was. The air unit was in pieces, the bed was broken. The next morning, we checked out and told the guy at the desk about the problems with the room and he said "ok". That's it, nothing more.

Liked: Location to our activities.
Disliked: Manager was rude and un-helpful.

Liked: On off from I 15. Clean sheets? Comfy bed.
Disliked: Terrible check in exp. Broken elevator (put us on 3rd floor). Dirty carpet throughout hotel. Swimming pool ice cold. Very small bathrooms in the room. Garbage and dog food snacks left under bed from prior guest.room phone broken.scam on location "not TGP"
