Liked: Staff friendly, property clean.
Disliked: Musty smell in the room, no lighting in the shower itself (wife has vision issues). Breakfast was severely lacking. Pool is closed but has been closed on previous visits as well. Pillows so firm woke up with headache.

Disliked: The website showed a swimming pool and hot tub, or jacuzzi, and when we arrived, it was under construction. We found out it has been under construction for over a year. That was one of the main reasons we booked it for.

Disliked: Paid for a king bed room and when I got there was told there were no rooms with a king available so I was given 2 queens instead and told "I figured you still need a room do that would work" If I wanted 2 queens, that's what I would have reserved

Disliked: water was leaking from roof soon as u walked in the hotel. the a/c quit working and was 88 degree in room and did not fix it and i couldnt sleep and didnt not refund any money. and pool was down
