Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet for being off a major road. Staff was very pleasant. Everything worked. The coffee was decent. I liked that there was an assortment of snack bars to take for all the walking I do at the furniture market.
Disliked: The disinfectant smell was strong in my room but was able to open the window, so it was fine. I would rather smell cleaning supplies than anything else. The breakfast options were somewhat limited - not much fruit the morning I was there - but adequate. No dinner options within walking distance, lots of fast food a few miles away.

Id gladly stay again if...

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good for this type of hotel -- clean and tasty, w scrambled Eggs! The staff is really the key here, they are so nice! Very helpful and efficient -- warm and friendly -- the place was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The price was too high -- there for a trade show, but everyones price was too high.

Liked: It was close to everything and allowed pets
Disliked: The receptionist was extremely rude. My daughter booked this room for me because my brother passed and I needed to bring my dog down. On one portion of the booking site it stated $25 per night for a dog only for us to get there and it’s $56 per night. She was extremely rude called me a liar despite me showing her where it stated the $25 and insisted we made it up. She threatened to contact everyone and let them know if we brought the dog in (which we hadn’t) we were going to be thrown out. She was just very nasty and hostile. The breakfast was lacking but it was free. The hallways reeked of marijuana and on another floor where my daughters stayed smelled of poopy diapers. They charge extremely too much for pets and you’re not allowed to keep them in the room if they bark. If I’m paying $56 additional a night idc if they bark they should be allowed to stay.

Liked: It was clean the room was big and breakfast was free
Disliked: One of the staff members was rude and they allow dogs but they can’t bark. The juice machine was broken at breakfast and once the entrance doors were stuck. We had to force it open. I’m was charged a $200 fee but have been unable to speak to someone about it because no one answers the phone.
