Liked: Staff was very friendly! Loved the bath and body works in the restroom. They also had a bible and pretty ribbon made out of washcloths! Loved it! Also bathroom and room were beautiful!
Disliked: No jacuzzi, or instructions for coffee machine.

Overall loved my stay had...

Liked: There’s a lot of stores around the hotel like a lot, the shower was nice & hot, quiet, staff were super nice & welcoming, the thermostat got cold fast when needed & hot when needed
Disliked: Parking was wrapped around the hotel (not bad) but just make sure u take ur belongings & lock the doors

Disappointing that we had 3...

Disliked: We didn't have hot water until 11:45pm the only night we were there. We had to call the front desk to get a plumber/facility guy to fix it. We were unable to shower before going out to a nice dinner. We only had 1 very dim light working. 3 lights were out! That was very irritating. I let the front desk know but they did not do anything about it while we were there. This REALLY put a damper on our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, hotel was very nice, safe, and clean, staff was friendly, bar was nice, room was spacious. Loved staying here!
