Get what you pay for...

Liked: The hotel is located close to the airport, but there isn’t much else close by. The breakfast was decent, the staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel needs some upgrading. Beds not comfortable. No couch or chairs to sit on in room (save an office chair). The tv cabinet was broken and carpet seemed old and or not clean (was sticky to bare feet).

Would not recommend due to...

Liked: Most of the staff was friendly and kind. The lady at the desk in the morning was very friendly and great.
Disliked: The property needs serious updating. The cabinet in our room had a piece of wood falling off….which could have given one of my toddlers a splinter if they touched it. The entire floor smelt terribly of smoke as soon as you stepped off the elevator. We had friends who stayed on another floor with the same strong odor of smoke. At times it was hard to breathe it smelled so bad. My sister slept on the pull out couch and the couch wreaked of smoke as well. The only floor that smelled clean was the first floor. Our toilet was clogged so my sister went to let them know. They gave her a plunger to fix the problem herself. Very unprofessional. They also don’t clean rooms or do any maintenance during your stay. They left towels on a table but did not clean the rooms or restock things like toilet paper. Overall would never stay here again mainly due to the strong cigarette smoke odor. The smell was imbedded into the furniture which leads me to believe it was not just one guest on the floor smoking. They frequently allow people to smoke despite the signs that say no smoking.
