Liked: There we roaches in the pool room, and minimal hot water.
Disliked: Not enough hot water.. there were roaches crawling up the wall as I watched my kids play in the pool

Liked: I chose this hotel because it was close to the vet hospital where my dog was having surgery.
Disliked: The room had an odd odor, the bathroom door was broken. The heat/air wouldn’t work only the fan on the unit would work.

Liked: I picked this hotel because of its location. It was close to the people that I wanted to see.
Disliked: This hotel is dated and needs some work. The veneer one the doors had a large piece missing. The furniture inside the room looked dated The bed was just a plain mattress with a worn overlay For some reason, they gave us a handicap room. The bath had safety handles that were nice to have. The shower curtain rod had a screw missing and would rotate on you, if you used it for help, stepping out of the tub The shower nozzle was a hand held type. It was very strong and could sting if used in a more sensitive area of your body. Refrigerator was cold and a good size. Stained carpet
