Liked: I canceled my reservation right after the front desk spoke to us and made us fell like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay there.
Disliked: Front Desk lady....Rude

It was superficially nice, but...

Liked: I did appreciate I was able to control the air and the bathroom was nice. I liked having the separate areas and the bedroom itself was really a nice size. The staff was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The room I was assigned to initially when I checked in had a very rank stanky smell. It made my head hurt. I made the front desk aware of the problem and I was promptly given a different room. The new room overall was ok except the couch was worn and not supportive. I couldn't sit on it without sinking into it and had a difficult time getting up.

Liked: My room was good size, the breakfast was good every morning.

Liked: Very clean! The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were just satisfactory. Kind of old.

Disliked: Main reason for staying at this facility was pool time w/ my Daughter & six yr old Grandchild. A whole soccer team, boys, age 9-10 were also staying. Using several pool toys. It was too much. Pool toys, including nerf football & squirt guns should not be allowed in this environment. Imagine being bombarded constantly while trying to teach a child how to swim. Also, beds need updated. They just weren’t comfortable.

Liked: Location was great right off the interstate. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: There was a musty smell coming from the room. Stood on the first floor felt a little outdated the room.
