Liked: The king “suite” was a large comfortable room, although not an actual suite. The couch and coffee table were nice for a takeout meal. The breakfast was adequate. Bed was comfortable, towels were big and fluffy.

Disliked: I checked out one day early and requested this two weeks before my arrival of April 1. I did this after I made my reservation with Booking.com. The hotel desk said they could not change the charges at checkout. Not a good customer service situation.

Disliked: Was charged double for room, when contacting the front desk employees were rude and not helpful. Called multiple times to resolve issue. Was hung up on and ignored to the point of directly reaching out to management at neighboring hotel. 10/10 do not recommend

Disliked: o breakfast area, hotel needs some tlc. worn out furniture in the lobby, front door locked even at 8am , internet very slow , lady at the desk assisted with the hook up. king bed, and 2 small pillows, not enough towels, noisy street, no smoking but there was a substance smell on the 5th. over all, would not stay again
