Disliked: The tower was old. You could smell it. Some updating would be nicer.

Liked: Friendly staff. The pool is fantastic for the kids. The breakfast buffet had a great choice, delicious waffles. The beds were really comfortable. We definitely would stay again.
Disliked: The use of plasic for the buffet (one-time use plates/cutlery [each piece wrapped individually]/cups) was too much. Next time, I would bring my own reusable items.

Liked: Staff offered an early check in which was appreciated and moved our room due to a damp smell without fuss.
Disliked: The excessive use of disposables including plates & cutlery at breakfast & in restaurant was shocking and contributed to a very poor dining experience. Only very low quality highly processed food available high in fat and sugar at breakfast- not much healthy options. There is a climate emergency and the US has an obesity problem- time management wakes up and make changes to be more socially responsible!
