Disliked: Room was very poorly maintained. Breakfast didn't have much and most items were out. coffee was days old in the lobby, night staff was very creepy

Disliked: When first arrived hallway lights were off & was dark couldn’t find attendant to check in. Then once checked in lady said the deposit was $100 but when originally called they said $50. The pool area light was off and was freezing inside my kids not myself could enjoy the pool area because the room was freezing and also the water. Was not a pleasant stay at all.

Disliked: It was very dark once we arrived the staff said she does night turn lights on unless it was a reason to or customers come the pool area was dark it was cold freezing in the whole building the pool was freezing for my kids horrible I had to plug the heaters in the pool up myself to keep us warm
