A good night’s stay while...

Liked: Check in was quick. The clerk offered us a room on the quiet side which was appreciated. Like everyone says, the breakfast was hot, delicious and everything was available. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of …

Great place for a good...

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered was great. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: The bathroom walls had a few spots that needed cleaned.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and affordable.
Disliked: It sounded like they were doing construction on the room above mine, starting at 3 am every morning.

Liked: Clean. Comfortable. Great Location. Great Breakfast. Clean Pool and Spa. Great Staff. The outside of the hotel looks a little rough, and I was a little worried but it was really nice!

Liked: The staff was professional and friendly! Very Clean, comfortable beds, full Continental breakfast, pet friendly, lots space in our room, and complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, available in the Lobby!
Disliked: When I booked I always look for pet friendly places, I thought the pet price was part of my room I booked but apparently not and I was going to be charged an extra $30 but the staff waived it due to miscommunications between online booking and actual fees.

Liked: I think the addition of more fresh fruit would be welcome as well as oatmeal and toast.

Liked: The people were nice and everything was generally clean.
Disliked: The room was a pet room and when I walked in, I could absolutely tell. While things were clean, the carpet and furniture were stained and the room smelled like animals. The bedding also looked old and worn. I groom my dog often so she and my home never smell. It was a bit overwhelming. They also charged me multiple times for my stay and that caused me way more issues that I needed. It would have helped if both of the people at the front desk hadn’t been new and there by themselves.
