Disliked: The general manager, Mariana Andrade Very Very rude and disrespectful.first room wasn't clean at all, it's like customers just left and they hand tye new customers (US) the keys.Nikki exchanged the room for usfew hours I went down to ask for pillows and sheets for the sofa bed. Mariana refused to give pillows and mocked me as a customer.I was very respectful and asked for pillows, I didn't show any Arrogance nor disrespect.She should be fired. I think she was racist because I'm a brown man, I don't see any other reason for her disrespect. *Bad smell. *Keys didn't work on booth doors, *Rude Manger,
