Liked: Great room, Great staff

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and the hotel was beautifully done.
Disliked: The staff at front desk was very rude. Customer service could definitely use some work.

Clean facilities, but disappointing overall....

Liked: Very clean facilities and friendly staff
Disliked: No continental breakfast offered. Only breakfast starts at 7 AM and it’s in a sit down restaurant. Wasn’t even a complimentary coffee station for those of us who had to leave before breakfast and the K cup machine in the room wasn’t sufficient to make coffee for the group.Upon check-in, I was told “it’s my lucky day, because I’m being upgraded to a suite” because they ran out of the standard queen rooms. But then, when I checked my bill, they billed me extra for that room they “upgraded” me to.Seems like at this price point complementary breakfast is a given. I’ll definitely use a Hilton or Marriott going forward.
