Rude and lazy staff

Liked: The hotel did offer various snacks free of charge in a rack by the elevator. The bed was comfortable enough.
Disliked: First, the staff were terribly rude and lazy. Six of them occupied a table, with special food not offered to the lowly guests, for more than an hour for the sake of chatting and singing and otherwise disturbing the guests—without ever lifting a finger to replenish the food. Dish after dish was never refilled. Even the front desk was abandoned: I had to track one of those worthies down just to check out and get my receipt. When I complained, she responded with a load of flim-flam excuses and lies. I ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere. Second, the window is covered only by a sheer curtain that lets light stream in all night long, and certainly early in the morning. The furniture is stupidly arranged: an armchair is wedged uselessly between a bed and the wall, with no table nearby. The room is dim even when all of the lights are on. I certainly shall not stay at this so-called hotel again until management accounts to me for the failure of the staff to do their work.

Liked: Our room was very spacious and very clean. A free breakfast was also provided as well as a cappuccino machine for use throughout the day

My stay was short but...

Liked: The breakfast had a large selection of items to choose from. I was late arriving and the breakfast was closing in a few minutes. Some of the cooked items were starting to dry out because they had been sitting for awhile. This was entirely my own fault for being late. I realize the hours of the breakfast are set to accommodate people who had to go to work but for those of us that could sleep in a little, it would have been nice if even 30 minutes could be admitted to the closing time. I was, however, able to manage a perfectly acceptable breakfast.
Disliked: My only thought is about the hours of the breakfast room. That is a minor thing however.

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: I will never be back they are thieves. They used my credit card number to make multiple online purchases and tried to rip me off 700$ THIEVES!!

I was pleasantly surprised by...

Liked: There was plenty of selections for breakfast. My only concern was that the hot items were not kept very hot. Would have liked fresh fruit but there was none set out.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for my back.
